Irelyn and Jack meet! Jack is 3 months older than Irelyn, but they seem to have fun together. Irelyn was 2 months old in this picture, Jack was 5 months. this weekend Irelyn is going to go swimming in a baby pool for the first time and jack will be there too. I'll add more pics soon.

PlayTime!

Irelyn loves her little gym - she laughs all the time while knocking the giraffe around. She's already rolling over from tummy to back without any help.

We're headed to New York City for Joe's (Ryan's cousin) wedding in a week. Hope to get some good snapshots of Ry holding her in his tux - not a typical day for the Hindman family :)

Life is busy! Irelyn is aware of her surroundings and has become curious about her toys. She loves her papasan swing and playmat - a week ago she swung her hand and hit a toy giraffe and laughed for quite a while afterwards. so cute. She loves being held by anyone that will talk to her & had fun when our friend Catarina spoke Italian to her! she tried to talk back.

Ryan has been working hard in Dallas so Irelyn and I have had the chance to hang out and bond. The mornings are my favorite time as she is now sleeping through the night and she wakes up ready to talk, play and smile. I wake up ready to do the same. Six hours of sleep feels like a miracle.

Irelyn is Here!

Irelyn arrived on March 21, 2008 at 2:41 p.m. in style. She weighed 7 pounds 5 ounces and after 2 weeks is back to her original birth weight.

Mom, dad, baby and boxer are all doing well. We are having fun adjusting to our new lifestyle and look forward to introducing everyone to our beautiful bundle of joy.
